Where can I check the status of my return?

You can check the status of your return shipment by inserting your tracking number into the DHL website.

How long does it take to receive my exchange? 

Once your return arrives at our BODA HQ, your exchange will be despatched within 3-5 business days, with standard shipping. 

You will receive your tracking number via email once your exchange has been processed. 

How long do refunds take? 

Refunds take 3-5 working days after we receive your return. This can vary depending on your payment method or bank.
